MakeYourPod provides the following services:

• Online container configuration tool for custom modular spaces
• Design, manufacturing, and delivery of custom container solutions
• Installation and setup services (where applicable)
• After-sales support and warranty services

3. Quotes and Orders

All quotes generated through our configurator are preliminary estimates valid for 30 days. Final pricing will be confirmed after consultation with our team and may vary based on specific requirements, site conditions, material costs, and customization needs.

By submitting a quote request, you consent to be contacted by our sales team to discuss your project. An order is considered final only after written confirmation from both parties and receipt of the required deposit.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required according to the following schedule:

• 30% deposit upon order confirmation
• 40% upon completion of manufacturing
• 30% upon delivery and installation

5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on customization complexity, material availability, and shipping location. We will provide updated delivery estimates throughout the manufacturing process.

Installation services are available for an additional fee. The customer is responsible for ensuring site accessibility and obtaining any required permits or approvals.

6. Warranty

All products come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period and specific terms will be provided in your order documentation.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

7. Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with Slovak and EU data protection laws (GDPR). Your data is used solely for order processing, customer communication, and service improvement.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. We will not share your data with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your order.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the purchased products and services. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Slovak law and jurisdiction.
